Following on from my electric car post, I have just learnt that 1 in 10 cars sold in the UK are now hybrid or all electric. Us the consumer and manufacturers are changing to electric. Who is leading who? Us or manufacturers?

I would argue that it’s government legislation and global awakening to climate change.
