Today is boxing day, after having lots to eat on Christmas day, including chocolate, this morning I was looking for easy simple breakfast ideas. This is what happened, I have taken this from my site vegetarianbreakfastclub.com
Thinking about easy simple breakfast ideas, I decided I would have a banana for breakfast, while pealing it I decided to make this a more complete breakfast. I found some granola I had recently made, some red berry fruit compote left over from a previous breakfast and a small tub of Low Fat at yoghurt. I sprinkled some granola into a low sided glass dessert dish, poured on a good measure of the yoghurt, spooned on the red berry fruit compote and topped off with the banana sliced.
So what was going to be just a banana quickly became a tasty well-balanced healthy breakfast.
