Do you loose motivation? When we come to  halt, take a deep breath, move about and give yourself a 7 min target of deep focused action, then start. You will be surprised how much you can achieve in just 7 min of focused effort. Your enthusiasm should now be rebooted. We actually wrote this to regain our progress.
